We understand the importance of retaining valued employees. We can help you reduce the burdening costs of replacing employees by providing well-designed recognition programs that give your loyal employees the recognition they deserve. Whether you are recognizing long term employees or motivating your employees to value their positions and know they are appreciated, we can help.

Our program reduces your company’s administrative involvement in the incentive program as employees work directly with us to place their orders, check status and track shipments. We accomplish this by setting up your employees with their own account in our system. Each employee will log into their individual account in your custom website to view their points balances, make their selections, and place their orders. The employees would also have the option of calling our toll-free 800 number and speaking to someone in our employee customer service department to have their order placed if they either do not have access to a computer or do not feel comfortable with the electronic process. As an added benefit, we also maintain a bilingual customer service department to work with your employees.

As you can expect, this type of program will generate a large number of individual transactions. In order to simplify the accounting aspect, Wayne Enterprises will accumulate the orders and invoice you on either a monthly or semi-monthly basis. Each one of these “roster” invoices will include a detailed list of all the orders shipped for that time period. There are also options available for sorting the invoices per division, rig, or group.

Points are awarded to the employees based on the criteria you establish for your safety program. Our system is extremely flexible and can work with any program whether it is based on issuing awards weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. Points can also be issued at any other time to recognize an individual or crew milestone program. When you are ready to issue an award to your employees simply email us an Excel file listing the employees receiving the award with their employee ID (or other identifier), their name, and the quantity of points awarded and within 48 hours those points will be uploaded to your employee accounts and available for redemption.
