Wayne Enterprises' 60 Day Return Policy
Wayne Enterprises cares about your satisfaction.
Therefore returns will be accepted within 60 days of shipment for refund or replacement.
However, the following items are NON-RETURNABLE:
  1. Items that are washed, worn, spoiled or altered
  2. Customized items that have a company logo, name or additional applications such as reflective tape
Items that are returned to us must be in perfect, saleable condition.
When returning boots, please ensure that the boots do not have dirt or mud on them.
  • Returned items must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number.
  • In order to obtain a Return Authorization Number, you must first submit a Return Authorization Request to us by going through a series of prompts, beginning with the one below, and then filling out and submitting the Return Authorization Request form at the end.
  • After you have submitted your Return Authorization Request to us, we will contact you to let you know the next step in the return process.
  • DO NOT send any items to us until after your Return Authorization Request has been approved first.
