Your Username is your company code (04487) followed by your office identifier then the first letter of your first name and the first two letters of your last name.
The office identifiers are as follows:
DSI - Houston
DSC - Canada
DSL - Aberdeen
For example, if your name is John Doe and you work in the Houston office your login is 04487-DSIJDO.
Password = safety (all lowercase)
